Ingredients

Myo-Inositol, Fibersol, Flavor, Calcium Carbonate, L-Cysteine, Magnesium Glycinate, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Co-Enzyme Q10, Dandelion Root, Sucralose, Zinc Gluconate, Folic Acid, Vitamin B3, Vitamin K2, Chromium Picolinate, Vitamin D3, Vitamin B12.

Directions of use

• Take one flat scoop (10g) and add to 250ml water
• Mix until all contents are dissolved
• Drink immediately
• Preferably taken in the morning after a light meal or as directed by your health care professional
